Myron Harvey

Myron Harvey is a Consulting Psychologist and former Human Resources Executive with over 25 years of professional experience working with companies, family businesses, and top performing individuals. From 2000 through 2003 he was the corporate HR Director for F.N.B. Corporation, a 3,500 employee, publicly traded diversified financial services company based in Naples, Florida. Prior to joining F.N.B. Corporation Dr. Harvey was the founder and president of Harvey Associates, a consulting business focused on helping companies with succession planning, employee selection, leadership development, and talent management.

He has conducted assessments of more than 4,000 bank and financial services officers (V.P. to C.E.O. levels) for purposes of selection, development, and career planning. He has designed and delivered hundreds of individual executive coaching and group training programs for the senior leaders and high potential employees of his corporate clients. His formal education includes B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees in psychology. Dr. Harvey re-activated his business, now called Human Capital Consulting, in 2004. He is also a Senior Associate of Cass Bettinger & Associates.
