William Rundorff
William
J. Rundorff is a senior associate with Cass Bettinger and Associates. His consulting
practice encompasses enterprise risk management, regulatory relations and compliance,
human capital management, corporate organizational issues, corporate governance,
and litigation support.
Mr. Rundorff first entered the consulting business with the Secura Group in Washington,
D.C. after 25 years in community banking. At F.N.B. Corporation, a multi-bank holding
company headquartered in Pennsylvania, he served as Executive Vice President and
Chief Legal Officer. His management responsibilities included all aspects of the
risk management process, legal and compliance, internal audit, credit review, public
relations, human resources and coordination of the company-wide strategic planning
process. Previously he served as general counsel and corporate secretary at United
Banks of Colorado (now Wells Fargo).
He has served on the faculty of the American Bankers Association National Graduate
Compliance School since 1985 and is a past chairman of the ABA’s Bank Counsel Unit.
His articles published in the ABA Compliance Magazine have addressed ethics management
and transactions with affiliates. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of risk
management processes in small and mid-sized banks and corporate ethics.
Mr. Rundorff is a graduate of Grove City College and the University of Pittsburgh
Law School.
